Drafting Packages

Packages include: 1 hour design consultation to discuss the project and take measurements, along with a comprehensive project summary, initial selections and the most functional 2D floor plan of the desired space(s).

• 2D Furniture Layout (Per Room): $450
• 2D Bathroom: $600
• 2D Kitchen: $800
• 2D Exterior Space: $600

Packages include: Room measurements confirmed with contractor on site and final design layout selected with the most functional 2D floor plan and/or 3D perspective drawing of the desired space(s).

• 3D Primary Bath: $1,500
• 3D Kitchen*: $2,500
• 2D Basement: $2,500
• 2D + 3D Basement*: $3,500
• 3D Exterior Deck: $1,500

*Additional drawings, ie. detailed elevations, millwork designs, etc. available at an additional charge.

Design Packages

Designer + Client make selections TOGETHER at local showrooms. Package includes a comprehensive project summary which lists all final material selections and product specifications in PDF format. Material selections include but are not limited to flooring, cabinetry, etc.

• Bathroom: $3,000
• Kitchen: $4,500
• Basement: $4,500
• Whole Home: $6,500
• Exterior Space*: $2,500

*Additional Costs: Pool House and Pool design, Fencing, Concrete Patio design/colors, etc.
